VeganBando™️ 🌱

Welcome! I began cultivating Veganbando in 2017, to sustain my vegan journey through creativity. Posting meals I created always would make me feel inspired to try new recipes. As I began to share my posts, I would feel a bit of guilt for unintentionally advertising overly-processed, vegan food products. My mission then became to research and prepare my own meals from scratch.

My full transition to a plant-based lifestyle began in February 2015, after viewing several disturbing dairy and meat-industry posts on instagram. Shortly before, I had been advised to eliminate dairy from my diet to help alleviate severe seasonal-allergy symptoms; my allergies had improved tremendously after the omission of dairy.*

Over the years, Veganbando has grown into a unique space where we all could celebrate health-conscious, abundant-lifestyles, to the sounds of high-vibrational music of the diaspora. While I’m not quite sure the long-term mission for this brand, I’ll continue to follow my heart.
